A great scripture for your situation is 1 Corinthians 10:23-11:1. It is talking about meat sacrificed to idols, but I think it is applicable here, too.

I never had a problem and never had more then 3 in a sitting and never had more then 3 occasions a month. I am saying that it wasn't habit only social. No, I don't have to have it but I do like the taste. I don't ask the people in my church because I am afraid of being judged, even though they are not suppose to. Can some one help me out and maybe a scripture to follow.
